These terms govern access to and use of arcwebcg.com. An order for a service or product may also be subject to a quote, an agreement or specific sales terms.
1. Purpose and acceptance
These Terms of Use govern access to arcwebcg.com, its content, forms, shop and features. By using the website, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
If you do not accept these terms, you must stop using the website.
2. Services presented
ARC WEB CONCEPT presents website design, WordPress development, e-commerce, maintenance and digital consulting services, as well as ready-to-launch website packages.
Descriptions, examples, estimates and commercial content published on the website are provided for guidance. A custom service becomes contractually binding only after written acceptance of a quote, proposal, agreement or confirmed order.
3. Quote requests and communications
You agree to submit accurate, current and sufficiently complete information when using a form. Sending a quote request does not automatically create a contract or guarantee project acceptance, a price or a delivery date.
ARC WEB CONCEPT may contact you by phone or email to understand your needs, respond to your request and prepare a proposal.
4. Shop and payments
When products or services can be ordered online, the price, offer contents, options, requested domain and applicable terms are displayed before the order is confirmed.
Online payments are processed by Stripe or another provider displayed during checkout. ARC WEB CONCEPT does not receive your full card number. An order may be subject to availability, compliance, fraud-prevention or technical feasibility checks.
In the event of a conflict, the specific terms displayed at checkout, the accepted quote or the signed agreement prevail over these Terms for the relevant commercial matters.
5. Permitted use
You may browse the website for lawful personal or professional purposes. You must not:
- interfere with the operation, security or availability of the website;
- introduce malware, attempt unauthorized access or bypass a security measure;
- automatically collect data or content without prior authorization;
- impersonate another person, submit false information or use the website fraudulently;
- reproduce or exploit website content in violation of intellectual property rights;
- use forms to send spam, unlawful content or abusive messages.
6. Intellectual property
The website and its content are protected by applicable laws. No ownership rights are transferred to you merely because you use the website. Materials belonging to customers, partners or suppliers remain the property of their respective owners.
7. Third-party services and links
The website may integrate or reference third-party services, including Hostinger, Stripe, WooCommerce, social networks or customer websites. Their use may be subject to their own terms. ARC WEB CONCEPT is not responsible for a third-party service it does not control.
8. Availability and security
ARC WEB CONCEPT uses reasonable means to keep the website accessible and secure but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The website may be temporarily suspended for maintenance, updates, security or circumstances beyond our control.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, ARC WEB CONCEPT will not be liable for indirect damages, business interruption, data loss or decisions made solely on the basis of general information published on the website. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.
10. Data protection
Personal information processing related to the website is described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to the terms
ARC WEB CONCEPT may amend these Terms to reflect changes to the website, services, security or legal framework. The version published on this page applies from the last-updated date shown above.
12. Governing law
Subject to mandatory consumer protection rules, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey and applicable federal laws of the United States. The parties will first seek to resolve any dispute amicably. If no resolution is reached, the competent courts will be determined under applicable rules of law.
