1. Scope
This policy applies to ready-to-launch websites, WordPress design and customization services, online stores, templates, licenses, domain names and digital services ordered from ARC WEB CONCEPT LLC.
2. Full payment
The full amount displayed at checkout is due immediately. An order is confirmed when payment has been authorized and the information required for the project has been received. Production work is not scheduled before both steps are complete.
3. Estimated delivery times
- One Page Website: 5 to 7 business days.
- Business Website: 10 to 15 business days.
- Online Store: 15 to 25 business days.
- Custom project or special integration: timeline stated in the commercial proposal.
These timelines begin on the first business day after full payment, content, technical access and complete instructions have been received. Delays in providing materials, approvals or responses suspend the schedule for an equivalent period. A material change in scope may require a revised timeline and an additional quote.
4. Cancellation before work begins
If written cancellation is received before work begins, amounts paid will be refunded. External purchases already made at the customer’s express request, including a domain name, license or hosting service, may be deducted only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
5. Cancellation after work begins
If the customer cancels after the project has started, ARC WEB CONCEPT assesses the work actually completed. The portion corresponding to services not performed is refunded. Completed work and irreversible external costs remain payable, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
6. After delivery
A simple change of mind after delivery or acceptance of the project does not normally qualify for a refund. ARC WEB CONCEPT remains responsible for correcting items that do not match the approved scope and for honoring mandatory legal warranties. Any issue should be reported precisely within 14 days after delivery to facilitate resolution.
7. Templates, domains, licenses and third-party services
Accessing a download, activating a license or starting digital content may affect a right of withdrawal only after the consent and acknowledgment required by applicable law. Domain names, hosting, licenses and third-party services already activated are refundable only under the provider’s terms and the customer’s mandatory rights.
8. International customers and withdrawal rights
Mandatory rights in the consumer’s country of residence prevail over any less favorable provision in this policy. In some jurisdictions, including the European Union, a consumer may have a 14-day withdrawal period for a contract entered into online. If the customer expressly requests that the service begin during this period, the portion already performed may remain payable. Any loss of the withdrawal right for a fully performed service or digital content occurs only under the conditions established by applicable law.
9. Delay or inability to deliver attributable to ARC WEB CONCEPT
If ARC WEB CONCEPT cannot complete the project within the agreed timeline, a revised schedule will be proposed. If no new timeline is accepted, the customer may request a refund for the unperformed portion. If work has not begun, the refund is issued in full.
10. Requesting a cancellation or refund
Send your request to support@arcwebcg.com with the order number, the email used for the purchase and the reason for the request. ARC WEB CONCEPT acknowledges receipt within five business days. An approved refund is issued to the original payment method within a target period of ten business days; the provider determines when it appears in the account.
11. Mandatory rights reserved
This policy does not limit or exclude any right, remedy or warranty that cannot be waived by contract. Where a conflict exists, the applicable mandatory legal provision prevails.
