ARC WEB CONCEPT uses the information needed to respond to requests, fulfill orders, secure the website and improve its services. We do not sell your personal information.

ARC WEB CONCEPT determines the purposes and means of the processing described in this policy.

  • Project information: project type, budget, timeline, existing website, requested domain, content and messages submitted;
  • Order information: products or services ordered, amount, payment status, billing address and information required for fulfillment;
  • Communications: support requests, business correspondence and customer relationship follow-up;
  • Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, security logs, pages viewed and information from cookies or similar technologies.

Please do not send sensitive personal information that is not necessary for your project.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We use information to:

  • respond to quote requests and prepare proposals;
  • enter into, perform and administer an order or agreement;
  • communicate with prospects, customers and partners;
  • manage billing, accounting and legal obligations;
  • secure the website, prevent fraud and resolve incidents;
  • measure and improve the website experience when the relevant tools are enabled;

Where the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) applies, processing relies, as appropriate, on pre-contractual measures, performance of a contract, a legal obligation, our legitimate interest in operating and securing the service, or your consent.

4. Payments

Online payments are processed by Stripe. Card details are entered in the provider’s secure environment and are not stored in full by ARC WEB CONCEPT. We receive the information required to track the transaction, such as the amount, currency, status and payment reference.

5. Recipients and service providers

Access is limited to the people and providers who need the information to deliver the service. Depending on the features used, these may include:

  • authorized personnel within ARC WEB CONCEPT;
  • Hostinger for hosting and infrastructure;
  • WordPress and WooCommerce for website and order management;
  • Stripe for payment processing;
  • email, backup, security or analytics services that are actually enabled;
  • professional advisers or authorities where required by law.

Our providers may process information only for the agreed services and in accordance with applicable obligations.

6. International transfers

ARC WEB CONCEPT is established in the United States and some providers may process information in other countries. Where required by law, we use appropriate safeguards, including contractual commitments and suitable security measures.

7. Retention periods

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described:

  • quote requests and prospect correspondence: up to three years after the last contact, unless you object or a different obligation applies;
  • customer and project information: during the contractual relationship and afterward for the period needed to establish or defend rights and obligations;
  • orders, invoices and accounting information: for the period required by applicable tax, accounting and legal obligations;
  • technical and security logs: generally up to twelve months, unless an incident or special need requires otherwise;
  • cookies: according to their purpose, your choices and the duration stated by the relevant service.

At the end of these periods, information may be deleted, anonymized or archived with restricted access.

8. Cookies and similar technologies

The website may use cookies strictly necessary for WordPress, WooCommerce, the shopping cart, security and payments. Preference, analytics or third-party service cookies may also be used when enabled and, where required by law, after your consent.

You can configure your browser to limit cookies. Refusing certain essential cookies may prevent the cart, login or payment features from working.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live and the applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, transfer or object to processing, as well as the right to withdraw consent. New Jersey residents may also have rights under state law where its applicability requirements are met. California residents have rights under the CCPA where it applies.

ARC WEB CONCEPT does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

10. Security

We apply reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards to protect information against loss, unauthorized access, alteration or disclosure. No Internet-connected service can guarantee absolute security.

11. Children

The website and services are intended for businesses and people capable of entering into a contract. They are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly seek to collect their personal information.

12. Changes

This policy may be updated when our practices, providers or applicable rules change. A new version takes effect on the date shown at the top of the page.
